Initial inspiration was taken from the shapes that represent the Bauhaus (circle, square and triangle) this was integrated with minimalist architecture and design. The minimalist aspect has also been taken through to the cut, colour and fabric. The silhouette and design of the collection has been kept strictly with these shapes as the garments have been draped using squares or circles. Taking the shape through to the fabric choice has also kept the inspiration very literal. The creation of the square quilted fabric for the square jacket and the use of the square weave wool represent the shapes.
