The Macabre and the Beautifully Grotesque | My collection was inspired by Paul Klee’s puppets from the Bauhaus. Based on this, I took a narrative approach and formed a small story about a migratory hobo clown that is alcoholic, likes scarring kids and he has five puppets that are broken with torn clothes and have a really bizarre look, however they are really precious to him, being his sole companions. I wanted to design clothes for his puppets so I tried to find unconventional fabrics and make really bold and quirky combinations. I left some parts unfinished to create a worn out look.
