13 Fashion Design students got the opportunity to showcase their final collections at the esteemed Rochester Graduate Fashion Week show to members of press and fashion industry. Thomass Atkinson, Head of Fashion at UCA, said: “The School of Fashion at UCA Rochester is renowned for its creative cutting and focus on print and texture, which I am pleased to say, is evident in this year’s collections.” He continued, “Throughout the creative process, we encourage students to explore pioneering approaches in the development of their designs, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism in construction. We are all very excited about showing you what our students have been working on during the catwalk show at Graduate Fashion Week 2013.”
Miller Khavari have once again produced this year’s show. BA (Hons) Graduating Fashion Promotion student Amy Warner has been in charge of the overall styling of the show. BA (hons)Fashion Design graduates Harrison Thom and Lauren Dutton were shortlisted for the Gold Award Show.
